RU and money totals count billed rows only (billed = true). DEAD and REJECTED rows appear in totals.txCountByStatus and nowhere else, so the totals always equal the sum of the GET /v1/usage rows with billed = true. Grouped latency analytics are served by GET /v1/usage/latency.
